Dental Toxicity
Perhaps someday science will provide us with the ability to re-grow new teeth. Until then at Groton Wellness Dental Spa, we will always be concerned about the safety of the dental materials that we use to repair and restore your teeth.
There are several chemicals that are used in modern dentistry that we feel are potentially hazardous we will not use. Other materials may be compatible for most patients, but not for a few that are sensitive. Because we can never know for sure who the sensitive individuals may be, we offer material compatibility testing.
If you feel that you have had dental work in the past and are currently having a reaction, or if you had a reaction immediately after the dental treatment was completed, please make an appointment with any of the dentists in our office to discuss what we recommend before continuing with further dental care.
