Chronic Disease Management
This service is offered for patients who carry well established diagnoses and would like to have their care managed by a physician with both conventional and holistic training. Dr. Luby has twenty years of experience as an MD treating chronic disease. He has also been board certified in holistic medicine since 2002. Although Dr. Luby will not be acting as your primary care provider, he is more than willing to cooperate with and communicate with your primary care provider to give you the best possible care of these diagnoses.
