The Bistro
The Groton Wellness Bistro is located within the medical center. If you are coming to spend the day enjoying the medical center and spa, or simply coming for a quick dental visit, please plan on stopping to enjoy one of a number of nourishing entrees, homemade soups, and of course a nice selection of hot and cold drinks.
We strive to use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients including many organic and/or natural whole grains, legumes, vegetables, and meats. These ingredients come from local sustainable farms when possible. Our cooking methods are a result of our desire to blend the sensual qualities of food with a sensible approach to well being.
